There would be so many different possibilities, something for everyone.

Here it's very much a thing that only a few people get involved in due the expense and difficulty of reaching any snow. We think it's so worth it though and have both been wanting to snowboard in Canada for years now! I'm a total romantic and always enjoy hearing about how couples came to be.

In the healthier days of my youth, I was very keen on winter sports (one pretty much is by default here in Canada :D), particularly figure skating and tobogganing, but these days, I just enjoy watching everything from skiing to bobsledding from afar.

♥ Jessica Witchcrafted Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02992822472797191121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741326369951948258.post-74779860459170205072014-06-19T17:18:55.736+10:002014-06-19T17:18:55.736+10:00Snowboarding has a steeper learning curve than ski...Snowboarding has a steeper learning curve than skiing, so on one hand, yes - it is difficult. I learnt to ski in a morning, and by the afternoon was doing small jumps and skiing backwards(!). But snowboarding took me the full three days and a heck of a lot more determination to break through that wall. It is hard. But also extremely rewarding, and personally, I find it way more fun that skiing. So I think it depends on what you like. :DLavender and Twillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06331125027969557539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741326369951948258.post-7701806366424040592014-06-19T17:16:53.638+10:002014-06-19T17:16:53.638+10:00Cute! And you can never get too much hot chocolate! I love the snow, but I don't like hurtling down slopes at speed! For the moment I'll stick to sculpting it, walking in it, and admiring it from over a hot chocolate, but I have promised to give it another (3rd) try one day.

I hope the snow season is a good one for you!Tanithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09915557658875958630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741326369951948258.post-27861361895046255962014-06-19T07:44:53.883+10:002014-06-19T07:44:53.883+10:00After the awful winter we had here in the US this ...After the awful winter we had here in the US this year, I like admiring snow from a distance... a very large distance... like from several counties over. ;) But I love your snowboarding story! That's so sweet!

Also, I adore your dress. Such a perfect fall/winter pattern!

Cheers,
JennyJennifer Raineyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00018185285968107128noreply@blogger.com
